Sometimes we get things in life that we don’t really want. 🙅🏻 Maybe someone’s taking out a bad day on us 😤; maybe we got stuck in traffic. 🚌🚗🚕🚛 Maybe we got a wrong order at a restaurant 🍲 or maybe someone did something to intentionally hurt us. 💔 It makes sense to be frustrated or upset, but it’s important to not let the situation consume us. 😡 How we react to unpleasant issues is important, even if we don’t discuss it every day (or admit it to ourselves).
😶 We’d like to think we’re blowing off steam or are just in what we do next ⚖, but by allowing these things to bother us so much (or turn our day sour 🍋), we are only affecting ourselves. 😬 It’s not to say you can’t rant and get it out of your system if you need someone to listen. 🗯 It’s just about staying in control 🙈🙉🙊 (and maybe realizing that it’s not the end of the world just because we got a ticket or spilled coffee on a clean, new shirt). 🚘☕👕 Life is full of little moments and they’re all evidence that we’re still alive and kicking.
🤸🏻♂️ We’re not paying back some karmic debt 💸– we’re just going through the crazy, random events that could happen to anyone. 👵🏾👨🏻⚕️🎅🏼🤴🏿 In life, we’ll lose more than we’re losing, but we’ll also win more later. 📉📈 So take the rough days with a grain of salt. 🏙 And maybe react in a way that would surprise yourself if you were just a bystander watching the situation unfold. 💥🤷🏻♀️🙃👀
